Domestic Shipping (UK)

Please note: All orders may have a current handling time of up to 3 business days due to order volume. Bank holidays may also cause minor delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas & New Year are the busiest times of year for couriers, please allow extra time when ordering as there may be minor delays.

Postage Services:

Royal Mail Signed For 1st class - 1-2 working days (Working days)

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class - 2-3 working days (Working days)

Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (Monday-Saturday)(Fully tracked). The cut off time for next day delivery is Mon-Friday 5pm. Any orders after this time will be posted on Monday.

Subscription Orders:

Subscription orders will be dispatched with priority as per cut off time. This will either be same day or next working day. Customers who fail to cancel their subscription may be charged a shipping fee. Subscription orders cannot be cancelled once tracking information has been provided. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Royal Mail Strike Action - please refer to www.royalmail.com for strike action updates. There will be severe delays around these dates, we will not be sending out mail on these dates to avoid further delays. Mail is send out the next working day after strike action. Please order in advance or contact us if you are experiencing issues. Thanks for your patience.

Missed Deliveries, Incorrect Address & Collections:

For Royal Mail orders that are not collected from the customer’s local depot and exceeded their holding time of 18 days; a full refund may not be issued. There are additional postage and handling costs for non collections successfully returned to us; a fixed fee of the delivery charge + £3 for handling will be deducted from the total order amount. If the buyer still wants the item, they will be refunded minus the fees & may make a new purchase. The same applies for incorrect addresses. Please ensure all purchases are monitored and tracked as we are not liable for incorrect addresses, missed deliveries or collections.

Christmas + New Years Latest Postage Dates UK:

Allow plenty of time for posting.  Please post items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries.

International Shipping

All international packages are sent via Royal Mail/Parcelforce 5-20 working days

Tax & VAT is to be paid by the customer.

 

Returns

 

Return Cost

Return costs are to be covered by the customer and delivered by a reliable trackable service, please make sure to contact help@miiyoni.shop to authorise returns.

 

30 Days to Return

Returns are accepted. Product must be unused, unopened and in tact. Products that cannot be returned are Lemon Sherbet Scrub, Coco Glo, Private Helper Gel Wash and Intimate Wash.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, returnable products may be returned and a separate, new purchase of the desired item may be made.
